Job Title: Architecture Manager - Contract Position in Faisalabad

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team on a contract basis in Faisalabad. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion. This includes developing project plans, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring quality control of project deliverables.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural project management, with a strong understanding of design principles and construction processes. You must also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans including scope, budget, timeline, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure project goals are met
- Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure timely completion within budget constraints
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control of project deliverables
- Review and approve architectural designs and drawings
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members
- Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in technology, and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural project management
- Strong understanding of design principles and construction processes
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members
- Proven leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficient in relevant software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp
