As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing large sets of data to identify trends and patterns, and provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making. You will work closely with various teams and departments to understand their data needs and develop customized analysis plans. In addition, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining data models, dashboards, and reports to present findings in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in data analytics
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Knowledge of statistical methods and techniques
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:
- Analyze large sets of structured and unstructured data using advanced statistical techniques
- Develop customized analysis plans based on business needs and objectives
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within the data
- Create visualizations, dashboards, and reports to effectively communicate insights
- Collaborate with teams across the organization to understand their data needs and provide actionable recommendations
- Build predictive models using machine learning algorithms to forecast future trends or outcomes
- Continuously monitor data quality and identify opportunities for improvement

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per month for this full-time position.

Location:
This position is based in Funchal but open to candidates from all nationalities. Please note that accommodation is not provided.
