Concierge Assistant

The Concierge Assistant will work closely with the lead Concierge to provide exceptional customer service and assist with various tasks in a busy hotel setting. This role requires a friendly and professional demeanor, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities may include greeting guests, making reservations, handling guest inquiries and requests, coordinating services for guests, and maintaining the cleanliness of the lobby area. This is an entry-level position that does not require prior experience but does require fluent English proficiency. The chosen candidate will receive a competitive salary of 1100$ per month in addition to a free visa and ticket to Horsens, Denmark. This is an urgent position that requires full-time availability.
