QA Engineer

We are hiring a QA Engineer to join our growing team in Kolding, Denmark. As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and stability of our software through testing and bug fixing. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct manual and automated testing of software products
- Identify and report bugs and issues to the development team
- Develop and maintain test cases and test plans
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Perform regression testing to ensure bug fixes do not impact existing features
- Participate in code reviews to identify potential issues early on

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a QA Engineer or similar role
- Experience with manual and automated testing tools
- Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Proven ability to identify, isolate, and report bugs accurately
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
- ISTQB certification or equivalent knowledge of software testing principles
- Familiarity with biometric passport technology is a plus
