Administrative Assistant for Indian Company in Lusail
Our Indian company in Lusail is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong time management abilities, and a proactive attitude. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to all levels of staff, including executives
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Assist with project coordination and tracking
- Conduct research as needed for various projects
- Greet visitors and answer incoming calls in a professional manner
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Handle confidential information with discretion
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
- Fluent English language skills required; knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this position.
