Heavy Equipment Operator
We are hiring a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Horsens. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating various heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders to move materials and complete construction projects. Your main goal will be to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the equipment while following all safety protocols and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently according to job site requirements
- Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment and report any issues or malfunctions
- Follow safety protocols at all times and ensure a safe work environment for yourself and others
- Load, unload, and move materials using the appropriate equipment in a timely manner
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment as needed
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and complete projects on time
- Keep accurate records of daily operations including fuel usage, hours worked, etc.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator
- Valid biometric passport preferred but not required
- Must be physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations for operating heavy equipment
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Good communication skills and ability to work well with others in a team setting
Salary: $1800 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Horsens (willingness to relocate is preferred)
Type: Contract (with potential for full-time employment)
