Online Consultant



We are currently seeking a skilled Online Consultant to join our team in Roskilde, Denmark. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to clients through various online platforms.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through online channels such as chat, email, and video conferencing
- Understand the needs of clients and provide personalized solutions and recommendations
- Answer questions and provide guidance on products or services offered
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide accurate information to clients
- Build strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and retention
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Online Consultant or similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of online platforms and tools used for customer communication
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Must be eligible for visa sponsorship if not already located in Denmark

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
