Online Consultant - Roskilde, Denmark

We are searching for a highly motivated and skilled Online Consultant to join our team in Roskilde, Denmark. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our online clients. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Responding to online inquiries and providing information about our products and services.
- Assisting customers with online purchases, orders, and payments.
- Troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions.
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude while engaging with clients.
- Building relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or sales, preferably in an online setting.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional language proficiency is a plus).
- Knowledge of online purchasing processes and platforms.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Biometric passport (or ability to obtain one) for international travel.

Salary: $1100 per month.
