Architecture Manager

As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural projects in the city of Gujrat. You will work closely with a team of architects and designers to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction. Your role will also involve liaising with clients and contractors, conducting site visits, and providing guidance and support to junior staff members.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage all stages of architectural projects from conception to completion
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather project requirements
- Create project timelines, budgets, and resource plans
- Oversee design development and review plans for accuracy and compliance with building codes
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality of work
- Liaise with clients to provide updates and address any concerns or feedback
- Negotiate contracts with contractors and vendors
- Mentor junior staff members and provide guidance on design techniques and best practices

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as an Architecture Manager or a similar role
- In-depth understanding of architecture principles, building codes, materials, and construction techniques
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Preferred Requirements:

- Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Experience managing projects in the city of Gujrat or similar locations
- Familiarity with sustainability principles in architecture

Salary: Starting at $1100 per month without accommodation.
