Administrative Assistant in Aarhus, Denmark
We are currently hiring for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Aarhus, Denmark. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operations within the company. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize company's files and documents
- Answer and direct incoming calls and emails
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed
- Assist with travel arrangements for employees
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Handle invoicing and billing tasks
- Maintain accurate records of expenses and reimbursements
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must have own visa or be eligible to work in Denmark
