Entry Level Turner in Roskilde, Denmark

Our company is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Entry Level Turner to join our team in Roskilde, Denmark. As a Turner, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machine tools to shape and cut metal pieces according to specifications. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who have completed their training in turning or have limited work experience.

Responsibilities:
- Operate machine tools such as lathes, grinders, and drill presses to shape and cut metal pieces
- Read blueprints or technical drawings to determine the specifications of the required piece
- Measure and mark dimensions on the piece using measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers
- Select the appropriate cutting tools based on the material being worked on
- Monitor the machine operation and make adjustments as needed to ensure precise cutting
- Inspect finished pieces for quality and accuracy
- Maintain and clean machines regularly to ensure proper functioning

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of vocational training in turning preferred
- Previous experience working with machine tools is a plus but not required
- Basic understanding of blueprints and technical drawings
- Proficient in using measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and perform repetitive tasks
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.
