Restaurant Manager
We are hiring a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Randers. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring high-quality customer service, maintaining inventory levels, and overseeing financial aspects such as budgeting and cost control.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all restaurant staff, including servers, chefs, and bussers
- Create staff schedules and ensure proper staffing levels at all times
- Train new employees on company policies and procedures
- Ensure high-quality customer service by resolving any complaints or issues promptly
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain consistency and meet customer expectations
- Oversee inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain stock levels
- Develop and implement cost control measures to increase profitability
- Create budgets for the restaurant's expenses and monitor financial performance against targets
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
This is a contract position with a salary of 1000$ per month. We also offer free visa sponsorship and ticket expenses for international candidates. The ideal candidate should have at least a high school diploma (12 pass) or equivalent education.
