Chef de Cuisine
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Cuisine to join our team at a renowned restaurant in Odense, Denmark. As the Chef de Cuisine, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen, including food preparation, menu planning, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and create innovative menus that reflect seasonal and local ingredients
- Supervise and train kitchen staff on proper food handling and preparation techniques
- Ensure all dishes are prepared according to recipes and presentation standards
- Monitor food inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times
- Collaborate with the management team to develop cost-effective menus while maintaining high-quality standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or similar role in a high-end restaurant
- Extensive knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and cuisines
- Ability to manage a team and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with other staff members
- Strong attention to detail and passion for creating exceptional dishes
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.
