Part-Time Construction Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Part-Time Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in Dar Kulaib. As a part-time employee, you will work closely with our team of contractors and ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to safety regulations. This position is suitable for men with a valid biometric passport.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Monitor progress and ensure that work is completed according to specifications
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
- Communicate regularly with project stakeholders to provide updates on progress
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Previous experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in project management software
- Available to work part-time hours as needed

Salary: $1800/month (based on experience)
