IT Manager

As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for managing the overall technology operations of our company in Vianden. Your main duties will include overseeing the implementation and maintenance of our IT systems, ensuring data security and compliance, and managing a team of IT professionals.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in IT management or a similar role
- Experience with network administration, database management and system security
- Strong knowledge of current IT trends and best practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the company's technology needs
- Oversee the installation, maintenance and upgrades of hardware, software and networking systems
- Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations
- Manage a team of IT professionals, including recruitment, training and performance evaluations
- Monitor system performance to identify issues and implement solutions
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and provide solutions
- Keep up-to-date with new technologies and make recommendations for improvement
- Develop disaster recovery plans
- Negotiate contracts with vendors for hardware, software and other technology services
- Manage the department's budget

Our ideal candidate is an experienced IT professional with strong leadership skills. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $1100 per month. We also provide accommodation as well as visa sponsorship for non-local candidates.
