Cashier - Indian Nationals


We are seeking an experienced Cashier to join our team in Sofia. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for handling cash transactions accurately and efficiently while providing excellent customer service. This position requires Indian nationality and does not require English language proficiency. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in cashiering and must be able to work without accommodation and have their own valid visa for employment.

Responsibilities:
- Process cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately
- Count money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure accurate balance
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and handling complaints
- Maintain clean and organized checkout areas
- Scan items, issue receipts, and bag purchases for customers
- Keep track of inventory levels and restock shelves as needed
- Ensure all prices are accurate and up-to-date on products
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding transactions, refunds, exchanges, etc.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth checkout process

Requirements:
- Indian nationality with valid visa for employment
- Prior experience as a cashier or in a similar role preferred
- Basic math skills with the ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in Hindi preferred but not required
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle complaints effectively
- Ability to work without accommodation
- Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1500 per month.
