Rental Coordinator
As a Rental Coordinator at our Nakuru location, you will be responsible for coordinating the rental process for our Egyptian clients. This full-time position does not require English proficiency and is suitable for men. You will work closely with our rental team to ensure that all rental agreements, payments, and vehicle inspections are completed accurately and efficiently. Your main duties will include answering client inquiries, processing rental reservations, and maintaining accurate records of rentals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer client inquiries regarding vehicle availability, rates, and rental policies
- Process reservations by collecting necessary information and confirming details with clients
- Coordinate vehicle inspections before and after rentals to ensure proper documentation of any damages or issues
- Maintain accurate records of rentals, including contracts, payments, and inspection reports
- Communicate with the rental team to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks
- Follow up with clients to gather feedback on their rental experience
- Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
Requirements:
- Egyptian nationality preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role is an asset but not required
- Ability to work full-time without accommodation
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English (preferred but not required)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
