Part Time Female Team Lead in Gujrat


We are currently seeking a Part Time Female Team Lead to join our team in Gujrat. As the team lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of female employees, ensuring their productivity and efficiency. This is a part time position with flexible hours and accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of female employees
- Develop and implement strategies to increase team productivity and efficiency
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and within deadlines
- Train new team members and provide ongoing support to existing members
- Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork among the team
- Handle any conflicts or issues within the team in a professional manner
- Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Create reports on team performance for management review

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a leadership or management role is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Experience working with female employees is an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be able to work part time with flexible hours

Salary:
Salary for this position is $1300 per month.
