Job Title: Commercial Architect

As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings and structures. This role requires a high level of creativity, technical expertise, and project management skills. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative solutions that meet their requirements while also adhering to budget and timeline constraints.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project objectives, budget, and aesthetic preferences
- Create detailed plans and drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Select appropriate materials and construction techniques based on client needs, building codes, and sustainability standards
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design plans
- Prepare cost estimates for materials, labor, and other expenses
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or changes in design plans
- Stay informed about current trends in commercial architecture and integrate new technologies into designs when appropriate

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in commercial architecture or a similar role
- Proficient in CAD software
- Strong understanding of building codes, construction techniques, and sustainability principles
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Experience working with diverse teams

Salary: $1700 per month

Location: Os, Norway
