Construction Project Manager

We are searching for an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Aarhus. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. Your main goal will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to stay on track with timelines and budgets
- Communicate updates and issues to clients and stakeholders regularly
- Manage project resources effectively to ensure efficient use of time and materials
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and progress
- Address any issues or delays promptly to prevent disruptions in the construction process
- Prepare reports on project status, including budget updates, progress reports, etc.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager (minimum 3 years)
- Knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, etc.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong leadership abilities to manage a team effectively
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera P6
