Construction Project Manager


We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team in Medina, Kenya. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This includes coordinating with contractors, managing budgets and schedules, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project plans are followed
- Monitor construction progress and make necessary adjustments to stay on schedule
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality standards are being met
- Oversee procurement of materials and equipment
- Manage project budget, including tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders regularly

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction best practices
- Experience managing budgets and schedules
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work well under pressure

Salary: 1500$ per month with accommodation provided.
