Entry-Level Metal Worker

We are seeking an ambitious and hardworking individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Metal Worker in Clairvaux. As a Metal Worker, you will be responsible for creating and repairing metal structures, such as fences, gates, and furniture. This position is open to all individuals with a strong passion for metalworking, regardless of previous experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut metal pieces according to specifications
- Weld or solder pieces together to form a solid structure
- Use hand and power tools to shape and smooth metal surfaces
- Inspect final products for quality and accuracy
- Follow safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Basic knowledge of welding techniques and tools
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or design plans
- Physical strength and dexterity to work with heavy machinery and materials
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
