Locksmith Technician



We are a reputable locksmith company in Akron, seeking an experienced Locksmith Technician to join our team. As a Locksmith Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various types of locks and security systems.

Responsibilities:
- Install and repair different types of locks, including electronic and mechanical
- Cut new or duplicate keys for clients
- Assess security needs and recommend appropriate solutions to clients
- Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning locks and security systems
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a locksmith
- Proficient in using locksmith tools and equipment
- Strong knowledge of different types of locks and security systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good communication skills in English
