Temporary Driver

We are in search of a responsible and reliable Temporary Driver to join our team in Funchal. As a Temporary Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting passengers or goods to their designated locations. This role is ideal for someone without previous driving experience, as training will be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Operate company vehicle in a safe and courteous manner
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations
- Transport passengers or goods to designated locations within Funchal
- Assist with loading and unloading of goods when necessary
- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of vehicle
- Monitor vehicle maintenance needs and report any issues to management
- Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, and fuel consumption

Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Good knowledge of Funchal roads and traffic patterns
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (Portuguese language skills are a plus)
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds when needed
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Compensation:
This is a temporary position paying 1700$ per month. Accommodation will be provided, as well as visa sponsorship for non-EU citizens.
