Moderator for Online Community in Roskilde, Denmark

As a moderator for our online community in Roskilde, Denmark, you will be responsible for ensuring that our platform is a safe and respectful space for all users. You will need to have experience in moderating online communities and be able to handle sensitive and controversial topics with professionalism. This is a full-time position and accommodation can be provided if needed. Due to the urgent nature of this job, we are seeking someone who is available to start immediately.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor user activity and respond to any violations of community guidelines
- Facilitate discussions and moderate debates on various topics
- Engage with users and encourage positive interactions
- Keep up-to-date with current events and trends in the community
- Collaborate with other moderators to resolve conflicts or issues
- Create engaging content to keep the community active

Requirements:
- Experience moderating online communities
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations professionally
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online forums
- Understanding of cultural sensitivities in an international community
- Fluency in English (Danish language skills are a plus)
