We are hiring a full-time Gardener to join our team in Randers. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the appearance of gardens, parks, and other outdoor spaces. This is a great opportunity for individuals without prior experience in gardening as we provide on-the-job training.

Responsibilities:
- Planting, watering, and pruning plants
- Maintaining lawns and landscapes
- Removing weeds and dead plants
- Applying fertilizers and pesticides as needed
- Operating lawn mowers, trimmers, and other gardening equipment
- Assisting with the design and layout of gardens
- Ensuring the overall health and aesthetics of the outdoor space

Requirements:
- No prior experience required
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Physically fit with the ability to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- Knowledge of basic gardening tools and techniques is a plus
- Must be able to work full-time in Randers

Salary:
Starting salary is 1000$ per month with potential for increase based on performance.
