Handyman for Property Management Company in Jerusalem (Indian Nationals Preferred)


Our property management company is seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team in Jerusalem. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks on our properties. This is a full-time position, perfect for Indian nationals looking for job opportunities in Jerusalem.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of properties and identify any maintenance or repair needs
- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work
- Install fixtures and equipment as needed
- Keep track of inventory and supplies needed for maintenance tasks
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests from tenants or property managers
- Ensure all maintenance work is completed in a timely manner and meets quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Handyman or in a similar role
- Familiarity with hand and power tools, as well as basic plumbing and electrical systems
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills in order to interact with tenants, colleagues, and contractors

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month for this full-time position. Other benefits may also be provided depending on performance.
