Android Developer - Lisbon, Portugal



We are seeking an experienced Android Developer to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As an Android Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications for the Android platform.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
- Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven working experience in software development.
- At least 3 years of experience as an Android Developer.
- Strong knowledge of Java programming language and the Android SDK.
- Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and best practices for mobile application development.
- Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1500 per month.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time job with standard working hours.

Accommodation:
This position does not include accommodation. Candidates must be able to arrange their own housing in Lisbon.
