Office Assistant

We are in search of a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Almada. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The main responsibilities of this role will include managing incoming calls and emails, scheduling appointments, maintaining office supplies and equipment, and assisting with administrative tasks as needed. The successful candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office and have basic knowledge of office equipment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position. Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar role is preferred but not required. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month.
