Office Assistant

We are in need of an Office Assistant to join our team in Almada, Portugal. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include managing office supplies, answering phones, organizing files, and assisting with general administrative tasks. This position requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office. No prior experience is necessary, but a willingness to learn is essential. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates. This is an urgent job opportunity with a salary of 1300$. Portuguese or EU nationality preferred.
