The Cleaner Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing a team of cleaners and ensuring that all assigned areas are cleaned to the highest standards. This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with experience in the cleaning industry.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and assign tasks to a team of cleaners
- Train new cleaners on proper cleaning techniques and company procedures
- Ensure all assigned areas are cleaned thoroughly and in a timely manner
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ordering more as needed
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and address any issues or concerns
- Create work schedules for the cleaning team, taking into account any urgent or special requests from clients
- Communicate with clients to address any complaints or requests for additional services
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback as needed
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while on the job

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a cleaner, with some supervisory experience preferred
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and high standards for cleanliness
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, in English (knowledge of Norwegian is a plus)
- Must be legally eligible to work in Norway with visa sponsorship if necessary

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month. The working hours may vary depending on client needs, but typically will be during normal business hours. This is an urgent job opening so the selected candidate must be able to start immediately.
