Sales Manager
As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving revenue and increasing market share for our company in Lisbon. You will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets, as well as developing and implementing strategic sales plans. This position is suitable for men who have a biometric passport and are looking for a full time job with accommodation.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase market share and revenue
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure cohesive strategies
- Train new employees on sales techniques, products, and company policies
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and generate leads
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role in the Lisbon market
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Familiarity with CRM software systems
- Biometric passport preferred but not required
Salary: 1600$ per month.
