We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Braga, Portugal. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing the design and construction of various architectural projects. Your main duties will include creating design concepts, developing detailed plans and drawings, coordinating with clients and contractors, and overseeing the project from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a strong portfolio showcasing their past projects. Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for various architectural projects
- Develop conceptual designs and present them to clients
- Create detailed plans, drawings, and specifications
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Oversee the project from start to finish ensuring quality standards are met
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on their projects
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp or other design software
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas effectively
- Excellent leadership abilities
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- A strong portfolio showcasing past projects

Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Braga, Portugal (accommodation provided if needed)
