Contract Mason in Greenland

Our company is seeking an experienced Mason for a contract position in the city of Greenland. This is a great opportunity for individuals with prior experience in masonry to use their skills in a unique location. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in masonry and be able to work independently on various projects.

Responsibilities:
- Lay bricks, stones, and other materials to construct or repair walls, patios, chimneys, and other structures
- Cut and shape bricks and other materials to fit specific dimensions
- Mix mortar or grout and apply it to surfaces using hand or power tools
- Use levels, rulers, plumb lines, and other tools to ensure accuracy of work
- Repair any damaged or uneven surfaces before beginning construction
- Follow safety procedures and wear protective gear while working on job sites

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in masonry
- Ability to read blueprints and follow construction plans
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials
- Good hand-eye coordination
