Commercial Architect


We are in search of a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Aalborg. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as office spaces, retail stores, and restaurants. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create functional and visually appealing spaces that meet their requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their vision and requirements for commercial building projects
- Create detailed plans and drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Develop design concepts that are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and within budget constraints
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the design is being accurately implemented
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the structural integrity of the building
- Monitor progress throughout the construction process and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Adhere to building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as a Commercial Architect with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects
- Proficient in using CAD software for designing purposes
- Knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and building codes
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and professionals from different backgrounds
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1200$ per month.

Location:
This is a full-time position located in Aalborg. Candidates must be willing to work on-site at our office.
