Senior Architect


As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects in Randers. Your main role will be to lead a team of architects, engineers, and contractors to successfully complete projects within budget and on schedule. You should have a strong understanding of architectural principles and building codes, as well as excellent project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure the successful completion of projects.
- Develop project plans, budgets, timelines, and resources.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Review design plans and make recommendations for improvements or changes.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
- Participate in presentations and meetings with clients to discuss project progress.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an architect, preferably in a senior role.
- Extensive knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, and construction methods.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
