We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrator to join our team in Odense, Denmark. As the Administrator, you will be responsible for assisting with various administrative tasks and ensuring efficient operations within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Help prepare documents and reports for meetings
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Support the team with any other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or experience in administration is a plus
- Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Salary:
The salary for this part-time position is 1400$ per month.
Location:
This position is located in Odense, Denmark. Candidates must already be located in or willing to relocate to this city.
Working Hours:
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. The ideal candidate would be able to work 20 hours per week.
