Land Surveyor



We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Kolding. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data to determine boundaries, elevations, and other topographical features for various construction and land development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct site visits to collect accurate measurements and data using specialized equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners
- Create detailed maps, charts, and reports using survey data
- Analyze survey data to determine property boundaries, elevations, and other topographical features
- Work closely with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure accuracy of survey data
- Prepare legal documents related to land surveys such as boundary agreements and easement descriptions
- Keep accurate records of survey data and maintain organized files for future reference
- Adhere to all safety protocols while conducting surveys on construction sites or other potentially hazardous areas

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience working as a Land Surveyor
- Proficient in using total stations, GPS receivers, laser scanners, and other surveying equipment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex survey data
- Familiarity with AutoCAD or other computer-aided design software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and clients
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Salary:

$1000 USD per month (negotiable based on experience)

Kolding (candidates residing in or willing to relocate to Kolding preferred)
