Teamlead Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teamlead Supervisor to join our team in Randers. As the Teamlead Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of employees to ensure efficient and effective operations. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month, and we welcome candidates without prior experience.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of employees, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback, coaching, and support as needed
- Develop strategies to improve team productivity and efficiency
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Handle any escalated customer or employee issues
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Conduct regular meetings with the team to discuss goals, progress, and challenges

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in a supervisory role (preferred)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must have own visa for working in Randers
