Baker - Experienced Contract Position in Eschen, Liechtenstein


We are a well-established bakery in Eschen, Liechtenstein and we are seeking an experienced Baker to join our team on a contract basis. As our ideal candidate, you should have at least 3-5 years of experience working as a Baker in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake various types of breads, pastries, and other baked goods
- Check ingredients for quality and quantity before beginning baking process
- Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistent quality
- Monitor baking process, adjusting temperatures and cooking times as needed
- Operate and maintain bakery equipment, such as mixers, ovens, and proofers
- Keep track of inventory and place orders for supplies when needed
- Ensure adherence to health and safety standards at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working as a Baker
- Knowledge of different types of breads, pastries, and other baked goods
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and consistently produce high-quality products
- Experience operating bakery equipment such as mixers, ovens, and proofers
- Basic knowledge of food safety regulations
- Strong time management skills with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month for this contract position.
