Job Title: Head Baker

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Head Baker to join our bakery in Eschen. As the Head Baker, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the bakery, including production, inventory management, staff training and development, and ensuring high-quality baked goods are consistently produced. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$, along with accommodation and a free visa and ticket provided. Requirements:
- Previous experience as a baker in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and safety procedures
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is an advantage)
