Data Analytics Specialist



We are searching for a highly skilled and experienced Data Analytics Specialist to join our dynamic team in Alta, Norway. As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing large and complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights that will help drive business decisions.

Responsibilities:
- Utilize advanced data analytics tools and techniques to analyze large datasets.
- Identify patterns, trends, and insights in data to inform business decisions.
- Develop and maintain data models and algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop solutions.
- Present findings in clear and concise reports or visualizations.
- Continuously monitor data quality to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data analytics.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analytics Specialist or similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python or R.
- Experience working with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear manner.

Preferred Requirements:
- Experience working with cloud-based platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Knowledge of machine learning techniques and algorithms.
- Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month for this part-time position. This includes accommodation provided by the company.

Location:
This position is located in Alta, Norway. However, we are open to candidates from other locations who have their own valid work visa for Norway.
