Junior Data Analyst

We are seeking a motivated and analytical individual to join our team as a Junior Data Analyst in Alta. In this part-time role, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing large sets of data to identify patterns and trends. No prior experience is required as we provide on-the-job training. This position is open to individuals with visa sponsorship or work permit. Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and organize large sets of data from various sources
- Conduct thorough data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and insights
- Create reports and visualizations to present findings in a clear and concise manner
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for using data to drive business decisions
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of data collection methods
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data analytics techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics or related field (or currently enrolled)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or other statistical software programs
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large amounts of information
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as within a team
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Preferred:
- Previous experience in data analysis or related field
- Familiarity with programming languages such as SQL or Python
- Knowledge of database systems and data mining techniques
