We are seeking a skilled and creative Pastry Chef to join our team in the beautiful city of Porto, Portugal. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing delicious desserts, pastries, and baked goods that will delight our customers. Your main duties will include crafting new recipes, ensuring high-quality standards are met, managing inventory and ordering supplies, and training and supervising other kitchen staff.

To excel in this role, you should have a passion for baking and pastry making, as well as strong organizational skills and attention to detail. You must also have experience working in a professional kitchen environment and be familiar with various baking techniques and equipment. A degree or certification in culinary arts or pastry making is preferred.

As our Pastry Chef, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity by developing new menu items and special desserts for events. You will also play a crucial role in maintaining food safety standards and ensuring the cleanliness of the kitchen area. Additionally, excellent time management skills are essential as you will be responsible for meeting production deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
