Part-Time Restaurant Manager


We are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Part-Time Restaurant Manager in Muharraq. This is an excellent opportunity for students or individuals without experience to gain valuable skills and experience in the restaurant industry.

As a Part-Time Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and our staff are well-trained and motivated. You will work closely with the General Manager to develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and train staff to ensure high-quality customer service
- Oversee daily operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the General Manager to develop promotional strategies to increase revenue
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment

Requirements:
- Must be a student or have flexible availability for part-time work
- No prior experience required but previous experience in the food industry is a plus
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Salary: $1100 per month (based on hourly rate)
