IT Manager

We are hiring an experienced IT Manager for our growing company in Herzliya. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's technology infrastructure and managing a team of IT professionals. Your main goal will be to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our systems, as well as identifying and implementing new technologies to improve our business processes.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of our systems
- Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and networking systems
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and implement solutions to improve efficiency
- Monitor system performance and provide recommendations for improvements or upgrades as necessary
- Maintain relationships with external vendors for hardware, software, and other technology-related services
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in technology to ensure our company remains competitive

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team
- Strong knowledge of network security protocols and best practices
- Proficient in various programming languages such as Java, C++, Python etc.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical staff
