Our cafe in Ar-Ruwais is seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee and tea beverages, as well as other menu items. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, with strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and latte art. You must also possess excellent customer service skills, as you will be interacting with customers on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and tea beverages according to our menu
- Educate customers about our products and make recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cafe, including all equipment and work areas
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Uphold food safety standards at all times
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies when needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role
- Knowledge of various brewing methods and latte art
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Good communication skills, especially for taking orders from customers
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Requirements:
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Experience working in a multi-cultural environment
- Degree or diploma in hospitality or related field
