Handyman for Property Maintenance in Lom, Bulgaria


We are currently hiring a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team in Lom, Bulgaria. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of property maintenance tasks, such as plumbing, electrical work, painting, and carpentry. This position requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs
- Perform repairs on plumbing, electrical systems, and appliances
- Paint walls, ceilings, and other surfaces as needed
- Repair or replace damaged fixtures and furniture
- Install new fixtures or features as requested by clients
- Maintain landscaping and outdoor areas
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies when needed
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proven experience as a Handyman or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and painting techniques
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to find quick solutions to problems
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time
- Own basic tools is preferred but not required
