Floral Designer



Floral Designer needed in Las Vegas to create stunning arrangements for special events and everyday occasions. As a Florist, you will use your creativity and knowledge of flowers to design unique bouquets, centerpieces, and decorations. This role requires attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their vision for floral arrangements
- Select and purchase appropriate flowers, foliage, and other materials
- Arrange flowers in a variety of styles and designs
- Create custom designs based on client requests
- Maintain inventory of supplies and order new materials as needed
- Ensure all arrangements are completed on time for delivery or event setup
- Assist with pricing and invoicing for orders
- Keep work area clean and organized

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Floral Designer or similar role
- Ability to create original designs while following client preferences
- Excellent knowledge of different types of flowers, foliage, and plants
- Strong understanding of color combinations and design principles
- Proficient in using floral tools such as scissors, wire cutters, etc.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Attention to detail
- Time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Must be physically able to stand for long periods of time

Preferred Qualifications:
-Familiarity with Las Vegas venues and events industry
-Bilingual (English/Spanish)
-Creative writing skills for social media posts promoting floral services

Salary: $1200/month (negotiable based on experience)
