Office Assistant - Full Time (Braga)

We are in search of a competent Office Assistant to join our team in Braga. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$. The ideal candidate should have previous experience working in an office setting and possess strong organizational and communication skills. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, managing calendars, and maintaining office supplies. You should also be proficient in using Microsoft Office and have excellent typing skills. This position requires someone who is detail-oriented, able to multitask, and can work independently with minimal supervision. Knowledge of Portuguese or Spanish language is preferred but not required. Applicants must have a valid work visa for Portugal or be willing to obtain one.
